Emlak Konut has tendered phase 3 of Halkalı Batı (West Halkalı) in Küçükçekmece: 41,121.80 m² of land with 74,019.24 m² of construction area. The first session was held on 21 October 2026 with three applicants (Dibay, Erkut and the Torkam partnership), and the second session on 27 October 2026. The result has not yet been published.
Phase 3 means West Halkalı's development is well under way, and more construction is coming to the area. New projects coming to the area are built on today's higher land and construction costs, so they tend to launch at higher prices per m², which can work in favour of buyers who enter earlier.
TOKİ's nationwide land auction on 5–6 November 2026 is also being held partly at the TOKİ building in Halkalı. Continued developer interest and public-sector activity in Halkalı support demand in the area.
