Privacy Notice (KVKK Aydınlatma Metni)

1. Data controller

2. The data we collect
- Identity and contact data you enter in the forms: name, phone, email.
- The details of your request: type of interest, approximate budget, preferred language and the text of your message.
- The record of correspondence by email or WhatsApp when you contact us.
3. Purposes of processing
- Answering your enquiry and providing the real estate consultation you request.
- Arranging viewings and following up the purchase procedures you request.
- Sending new offers only if you have explicitly agreed to it.
4. Legal basis
Establishing or performing a contractual relationship, legitimate interest, and your explicit consent where required (such as marketing messages and transfers abroad) (under Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK).
5. Data transfers
Your data may be transferred to email and messaging service providers (such as WhatsApp) whose servers may be located outside Türkiye, with your explicit consent under the amended Article 9.
6. Retention period
We keep the data for as long as the purpose requires or for the legal periods, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights (Article 11)
You have the right to know whether your data is being processed, to request information about it, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to the processing. Send your request to [email protected], and we will reply within 30 days.
8. Cookies
In its current version, this site does not use cookies for analytics or marketing. Any future analytics will be activated only after your consent.
Google Maps: the contact page and the project pages show a map from Google Maps, but it is not loaded automatically. Your browser connects to Google's servers only after you click “Show map”; Google (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC) may then receive your IP address and browser data and may set cookies in line with the Google Privacy Policy, with possible transfer of data outside Türkiye. The “Open in Google Maps” link takes you to Google's own site. Alternatively, you can use the OpenStreetMap, Yandex or Apple Maps links.
