Türkiye’s Housing Development Administration, TOKİ, has announced 725 plots of land in 61 provinces, with a total area of about 3.45 million m² and an announced total value of 29.1 billion lira, at a public auction on 5 and 6 November.

Prices start at 400,000 lira. Buyers can pay a 20% or 25% down payment and the rest in instalments over 48 months, with a 15% discount for payment in cash.

Why it matters to investors:A relatively low entry point for owning land in instalments directly from a government body; check each plot’s details (province, zoning and tender terms) in TOKİ’s announcement before any decision.
