On 21 October the first session of the tender for phase 3 of the Halkalı West (Halkalı Batı) project was completed. The plot covers 41,121 m² in Küçükçekmece district, near Lake Küçükçekmece, and is offered under the revenue-sharing model in cooperation with TOKİ.
