According to an Emlakjet report using Endeksa data for September, the average home price in Türkiye was 5,412,500 lira and the price per square metre 43,300 lira/m², up 22.5% in nominal terms and down 6.2% in real terms.
In Istanbul the average price was 7,569,430 lira, and the price per square metre rose 28.1% nominally and fell 1.9% in real terms.
